The Kingston Police Athletic League (PAL) offers FREE training and activities for youth in Ulster County. There is a boxing gym located at 627 Broadway, Kingston NY. There are four USA Boxing certified coaches, many with amateur and/or pro experience. The PAL gym is the longest running certified USA boxing gym in Kingston NY. Participants from age 10 - 75 attend the training for cardio workouts and basic self defense skills. Some choose to spar or box on a competitive level. Adults may make donations.

Daily Monday-Friday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm
